Available in single, double-glazed and triple-glazed configurations for both internal and external use, Pilkington Profilit delivers uninterrupted glass span heights of up to 7,000mm, depending on wind loading.

Pilkington Profilit can be installed either vertically or horizontally, both internally and externally. For horizontal applications, the maximum span is 3,500mm — giving architects flexibility without compromising on performance.

With light transmission of up to 86% and g-values as low as 0.19, large expanses of uninterrupted Pilkington Profilit glazing bring the outside in, flooding spaces with natural light. A range of light diffusion levels is available to suit individual project requirements.

Noise control is particularly important in modern construction, and Pilkington Profilit is one of the best solutions available. Independently tested to CWCT standards, our standard double-glazed system delivers Air Permeability at 600 Pascals, Water Tightness (Static) at 600 Pascals, Water Tightness (Dynamic) at 600 Pascals, and Wind Resistance at 1,300 Pascals — giving architects and contractors confidence in the durability and performance of Pilkington Profilit

Fully tested to the methodology set out in EN 12600, Pilkington Profilit double-glazed installations meet the requirements of Part N (England and Wales) and Part P (Scotland) for safe breakage. Barrier load characteristics reach up to 3.0kN/m, providing robust and secure installations.
