Reglit

Reglit channelled glass has been supplied by Pilkington and utilised throughout the United Kingdom for some 50 years and as such a number of these projects are reaching a stage where renewal or refurbishment may be desirable. 

Customers may either choose to renew or refurbish their existing Reglit or consider new options. Should they wish to continue their relationship with our Pilkington brand we wish to make it as simple and  streamlined as possible

Pilkington Profilit components have developed over the past 50 years - our new systems provide improved u-values, sound reduction and solar gain values than were possible in the 1970s and 1980s. As such the aesthetic may be retained but in a more energy-efficient manner.

Our Renewal Platform process has four distinct stages. Identification, Project Options, Outline Advice and Budget Costings.

Stage One - we at Glass Profiled Solutions confirm from our records that you were an existing Reglit customer. This will allow us to determine with you the existing specification and configuration of your Pilkington Profilit glazing installation.

Stage Two - Subject to Building Control amendments from when your system was originally installed and following a review of your present Pilkington glazing, we can suggest full or part renewal, refurbishment or simply maintenance.

Stage Three - Following your decision, whatever that may be, we can design, supply and install to match your existing glazing or discuss with you a refreshed alternative type of Profilit glass for example obscure as opposed to the previous clear.

Stage Four - Should you decide that you wish to proceed with your chosen option, we will provide costings that you may rely on prior to making your final decision. Following that stage and your agreement, we will design, supply and install your new Pilkington Profilit glazing - fit for further decades to come.
